Will our cities EVER be connected by more than airports and traffic-clogged highways? How will we EVER evacuate an entire city when the next hurricane hits?
What the world needs is a superhighway which is green and sustainable. Such a system has been designed by NEWTY Award recipient Justin Sutton. He calls it the Interstate Traveler. The first leg is slated for construction in Michigan in 2008. This alpha system will link the cities of Ann Arbor and Detroit. Once complete, ground will be broken in a growing number of cities and regions, including Central Florida, ultimately connecting all population centers in North America and beyond via high-speed rail.
Justin Sutton will be a featured exhibitor and keynote speaker at the Green Earth Expo and plans to bring a demonstration car from his hydrogen superhighway with him to Orlando for demonstration.
