This free online movie shows symptoms and the unhealthy behaviors volunteers and workers may use to deal with symptoms. You will see how to prevent post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and vicarious trauma in volunteers.

During a time of need, being a volunteer or worker can be an immensely rewarding endeavor. It’s essential that it not become a dangerous one as well.

For a safe place for survivors and those who treat children or adult trauma survivors to ask questions and share insights go to my blog "Healing is Possible."
